Emotional Awareness & Inner Dialogues — Recognizing internal blocks, fear, limiting beliefs; journaling or guided prompts to surface hidden thoughts.
Life & Vision Mapping — Creating a “vision board” / “life map” to reflect what “success + fulfillment” means for them.
Integration & Daily Rituals — How to embed small, sustainable practices (reflection, mindfulness, journaling) into everyday life.
